    Charting, Documentation & Recordkeeping

    Audience: licensed RDAs and RDAEFs renewing their license — this is a refresher on documentation practices, not a scope-of-practice or clinical course.

    Format: fully self-paced, narrated online modules. No laboratory or clinical evaluation component is required for this renewal course.

    Length: 1.5 CE units = 90 minutes of instruction across 9 modules, paced per DBC's 1-unit-per-hour standard (16 CCR §1016).

    Assessment: a knowledge check follows each module, and a final graded examination (75% passing score) is required to receive your certificate of completion.

    Correspondence courses like this one may count for up to 50% of your total 25-unit RDA renewal requirement (16 CCR §1017) — track your live vs. correspondence units across your full renewal cycle.
